What is accountability?
Accountability is the process established in accordance with the Administrative Department of Public Function. This process comprises norms, procedures, methodologies, structures, practices, and results through which public administration entities at the national and territorial levels, as well as public servants, disclose and explain the results of their management to citizens, civil society, other public entities, and control bodies, by promoting dialogue.
