Participation for Needs Assessment and Problem Identification
Participation for needs assessment and problem identification is the involvement of citizens and stakeholders in the process of collecting and analyzing information to identify and explain the problems that directly or indirectly affect them, based on data, ideas, facts, experiences, and proposals related to the characterization of the situation addressed, which allows identifying the problems and needs of the entity's value groups. This is based on the Administrative Department of Public Function.
Migración Colombia has made available the following tools to carry out the needs assessment and problem identification process with stakeholders.

Assessment Tool
Migración Colombia has satisfaction surveys applied in person or virtually. These tools are useful for understanding the perception of value groups in relation to citizen participation spaces.
